Terms & Conditions & Policies
AGREEMENT: THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, TOGETHER WITH EACH ACCEPTED PLAN ORDER SUBMITTED BY YOU, ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS MENTIONED FOR YOUR PLAN ORDER AND THE PRIVACY POLICY, STATE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES (THE “AGREEMENT”). You must agree to the Terms and Conditions in order to be eligible to obtain Services (defined below). If you choose not to submit a Plan Order, then the entire “Agreement” between you and Global Technologies consists of these Terms and Conditions, Any additional terms mentioned for your plan order and the Privacy Policy.

Certain terms defined in these Terms and Conditions are also used in the Privacy Policy and are incorporated by reference to these Terms and Conditions.


“You” means you individually, any person, including any employer that you are acting on behalf of.


“Materials” means any web casts, download areas, white papers, press releases, datasheets, FAQs, product information, quick reference guides, or other works of any kind that are made available to download from the Global Technologies Portal are the proprietary and copyrighted work of Global Technologies and or its suppliers. The definition of “Materials” does not include the design or layout of the Global Technologies Website or any other Global Technologies owned, operated, licensed or controlled site.


“Software” means a computer program of any kind, whether owned by Global Technologies or a third party, whether delivered via download, CD, other media, or other delivery methods, including client and or network security software. Elements of the Software are protected under copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and other laws. Software includes both Global Technologies Software and Third Party Software.


Subject to the Terms and Conditions, and other terms specific to each Service Plan, Global Technologies will address your query using commercially reasonable efforts in providing appropriate solutions under the Services. In most cases, Global Technologies will attempt problem diagnosis and a solution by visiting your address, at the workshop or other means as it deems most appropriate under the circumstances. All undertakings under Service Plans are subject to Global Technologies Limited Warranty, which is set forth below. For more information, please refer to online documentation.


Services against any Plan Order will be available once you have made payment for Services according to the requirements of the corresponding Plan Order. Global Technologies has no obligation to render Services under any Service Plan if the payments as required under any Plan Order have not been made.

Refund Policy

The Global Technologies Refund Policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. If you have not yet reviewed the Global Technologies Refund Policy, then please read below prior to agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Global Technologies services are delivered to the customer on a state of the art integrated delivery platform which allows Global Technologies to support your device(s) by visiting your address by providing a personalized touch. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the same, we offer a refund policy as follows:- Applicable for all incident based plans. There will be a partial refund after providing the service, Whereas paid amount will be refunded if service not taken within 30 calendar days of purchasing the plans. No refund after 30 calendar days of purchasing the plan.

Licensed Antivirus & Installation: There will be no refund after installation of Any Antivirus Software.

Hardware Installation: There will be no refund after installation of any hardware.

Service: There will be no refund after spending certain amount of time to provide certain service for any device.

Privacy Policy

The Global Technologies Privacy Policy which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions is incorporated here by reference. If you have not yet reviewed the Global Technologies Privacy Policy, then please do so prior to agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. You agree that beyond the Personal Information identified in the Privacy Policy, any information or data disclosed or sent to Global Technologies over the telephone, electronically or otherwise, is not confidential or proprietary to you.

Software License

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this ToU, Global Technologies hereby grants a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-sub-licensable, non-assignable license to download, install and use software allowing you to engage in activities related to the Service (the “Software”). The Software may only be used in connection with the Service and in accordance with this ToU and any rules, restrictions or documentation set forth by Global Technologies from time to time.

Third Party Software and Services

The Software may be incorporated into and may incorporate, technology, software and services owned and controlled by third parties. Use of such third party software or services is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable third party license agreements (including, without limitation, terms of use and terms of service posted on third party websites), and you agree to look solely to the applicable third party and not to Global Technologies. to enforce any of your rights in relation thereto. All modifications or enhancements to the Software and the Service remain the sole property of Global Technologies. You understand that Global Technologies, in its sole discretion, may at any time for any reason suspend or terminate any license hereunder and disable any Software you may already have accessed or installed without prior notice. Global Technologies reserves the right to add or remove features or functions to the Software at any time in its sole discretion. When installed with a compatible email client, web browser or email service, the Software periodically communicates with Global Technologies servers. You acknowledge and agree that Global Technologies has no obligation to make available to you any subsequent versions of its software applications.

Third Party Agreements

As part of the Services, Global Technologies may suggest certain third party services to you. If you choose to subscribe to or otherwise use any third party services, your use of any such services is subject to the terms of service of such third party service provider. You agree to comply with such provider’s terms of service and that the third party provider is solely responsible for the delivery of its service(s) to you and your use of them. Third party services include but are not limited to technical support, portal, training, music, gaming and storage services that Global Technologies may elect to make available from time to time. Violation of such third party provider’s terms of service may, in Global Technologies sole discretion, result in the termination of your customer account and use of service.


ToU Revisions

This ToU may only be revised in a writing signed by Global Technologies, or published by Global Technologies on the Site

No Partnership

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Global Technologies as a result of this ToU or your use of the Site or the Service.


Global Technologies may assign its rights under this ToU to any person or entity without your consent. The rights granted to you under this ToU may not be assigned without Global Technologies prior written consent, and any attempted unauthorized assignment by you shall be null and void.


If any part of this ToU is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then that portion shall be severed, and the remainder of the ToU shall be given full force and effect.

Attorneys’ Fees

In the event any litigation or arbitration is brought by either party in connection with this ToU, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the other party all the reasonable costs, attorneys’ fees and other expenses incurred by such prevailing party in the litigation.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of this ToU shall in no way be construed to be a present or future waiver of such provision, nor in any way affect our right to enforce the same provision at a later time. An express waiver by Global Technologies of any provision, condition or requirement of this ToU shall not be understood as a waiver of your obligation to comply with the same provision, condition or requirement at a later time.


All notices given by you or required under this ToU shall be in writing and addressed to Global Technologies Enterprise, Uttarayan, Nabapally, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, Kolkata-700126.

Export Administration

You must comply with all export laws and regulations of the United States or any other country (“Export Controls”) and you shall not export, direct or transfer any portion of the Site or the Service, or any direct product thereof, to any destination, person or entity restricted or prohibited by the Export Controls.

Equitable Remedies

You acknowledge and agree that Global Technologies would be irreparably damaged if the terms of this ToU were not specifically enforced, and therefore you agree that we shall be entitled, without bond, other security, or proof of damages, to appropriate equitable remedies with respect to breaches of this ToU, in addition to such other remedies as we may otherwise have available to us under applicable laws.

Entire Agreement

This ToU, including the documents referenced in this ToU, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Global Technologies with respect to the Site and the Service and supersedes any and all prior agreements between you and Global Technologies relating to the Site and/or the Service.

Utilizing Your Computer or Other Device

Some of the benefits of the Service require the Service to access information on your computer or other applicable devices. You hereby grant permission for the Service to monitor your computer or other applicable device (including, but not limited to, your device’s memory) and to communicate information, including, without limitation, your Account information, to the Company’s servers for the purposes of analyzing your device’s performance during use of the Service. Additionally, the Service will utilize the processor, bandwidth and hard drive (or other memory or storage hardware) and/or cache of your computer or other applicable devices for the limited purpose of facilitating the communication between, and the transmittal of data, content, services or features to, you and other users, and to facilitate the operation of the network of computers running instances of the Service.

Privacy Policy

You must read and agree to this ToU and the supporting Privacy Policy to use the App, the Site and/or the Service. By using the App, the Site and/or the Service, you represent that you have read and consent to our Privacy Policy in addition to this ToU and agree with their content. Global Technologies may revise the Privacy Policy at any time and the new versions will be posted on the App or the Site. If at any point you do not agree to any portion of the Privacy Policy, you must immediately stop using the App, the Site and the Service. By using the App, the Site and/or the Service, you agree to the then-current versions of the ToU and Privacy Policy, which will be posted on the App or the Site.

Termination of Service

Global Technologies reserves the right to deny service to any person or entity at Global Technologies sole and absolute discretion. You acknowledge and agree that Global Technologies may stop providing the App, the Site and/or the Service or restrict your use of the App, the Site and/or the Service at any time, without notifying you in advance, for any reason or no reason, including, without limitation, for any violation of this ToU and/or if Global Technologies suspects that you have used any aspect of the Service to conduct any fraudulent or illegal activity. If Global Technologies disables your access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Service, your account details and/or any materials contained in your account.


Global Technologies does not hold the responsibility for data/hardware/part loss during the repair job of your device.

Device Submission Terms

Device Submission

  1. Please verify if all the items including accessories of the machine that is handed over to Global Technologies are listed in the material receipt.
  2. If a laptop is not working, we cannot check other peripherals connected to the laptop (Ex-HDD, ODD, KBD, SPK, Touchpad, other devices. So for this, no claim will be entertained without charges.
  3.  Inspection service charge of Rs 250 – (Two fifty rupees) shall be chargeable in case if customer decline to take the service after the initial inspection.
  4. We are not responsible for any data loss.
  5. Burnt laptops carry no warranty claim.
  6. We are not responsible for any plastic part if broken during disassembling of the laptop.
  7. Given cost estimation might change as the repair job progress.
  8. Only the mentioned fault will be checked & services warranty will be valid for mentioned faults only.
  9. In case of Mac Book AIR, PRO Etc…  there is a deadly risk while repairing.
  10. Global Technologies reserves the right to dispose of any equipment which is not claimed by the customer within 45 days from the date of delivery notice given by Global Technologies. In such an event, the customer acknowledges that he/she shall have no claim against Global Technologies in respect of such equipment, which is disposed of by Global Technologies.

  12. In the case of motherboard issues, your device might get dead while repairing.
